Substation Construction
UK Grid Connections carry out full turnkey substation design, procurement, build and commissioning solutions from 11kV to 400kV we also provide asset replacement and bay extension services for TNO user bay self-build clients.
Contestable Works
Our expertise covers all contestable elements of competition in connections UK Grid Connections can provide all design and delivery of civil construction and civil trench works including cable installation, jointing and termination, substation installation and commissioning. Balance of Plant
Balance of plant is a term generally used in the context of power engineering to refer to all the supporting components and auxiliary systems of power plant needed to deliver the energy. UK Grid Connections provide the expertise to design and construct the clients balance of plant scope including the operation and maintenance with senior authorised persons, competent persons and qualified site delivery teams acting as EPC and/or principal contractor.

Containerised Solutions

Protection Panels
We design and assemble a full range of protection panels, free standing or wall mounted UK Grid Connections design and builds to clients needs. We also provide panel installation and commissioning services, regardless of size, type or volume our experienced engineers can fulfil any requirement. Our client’s main point of consideration is the value-added service when procuring protection panels and portable relay rooms as we provide installation and test in one place prior to shipping, improving our clients programme status.
